Happy Birthday to Us

It’s not often we get to have our cake and eat it but as it's our 80th birthday we were very happy to see that someone had treated us - and what a cake it is too!

An intricately designed walking boot cake landed at Ellis Brigham HQ complete with socks and a little ‘old school’ walking axe, rope and pack based on one of our original logos. Brilliant!

We'd like to thank the talented artisans of Iced Magic Cakes in Bristol who made this delicious monument to Ellis Brigham's history.
