Christmas guaranteed delivery

Order by Friday 19 December, for guaranteed Christmas delivery with Royal Mail.

Order by Monday, 22 December, for guaranteed Christmas delivery with DPD next-day delivery.

Order by Thursday, 4 December, for guaranteed Christmas delivery for international orders.


International deliveries
We only ship to the UK and the EU. We are unable to fulfil any international orders placed from outside of the UK and EU.

Orders placed outside the UK will have VAT removed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties charged by their country. The courier will contact you directly to collect these fees once your order has cleared customs.


Click & collect

We offer free click & collect to our stores. If your chosen store has stock available, your order will be ready to collect within 24 hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.

Click & collect is only available when all items in your order are in stock at your selected store.

In the rare event that the store is unable to source your items, your order will be cancelled. You will receive an email to confirm this.


Camping gas deliveries

Camping gas can only be shipped within the UK. Orders are sent via DPD. Larger items are shipped with UPS, so if your order contains both camping gas and large items, they will be delivered separately. Please contact customer services for help with combined orders.

Returns policy

If you're unhappy with your purchase and it's in a new and unused condition, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Christmas returns

Items purchased after 20 October 2025 can be returned for a refund until 31 January 2026.


International returns

If you ordered from outside of the UK, get in touch with our Customer Services team with your order number. They will set up your return and let you know when you can access the portal.


Returns for in-store purchases

Please contact the team if you’d like to return something bought in-store via post. We will set up the portal with your details and let you know when you can use it.   


How long will it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be issued.
