International Delivery

Customers outside of the UK and Isle of Man are responsible for paying all taxes and duties incurred. These are not included in our delivery charges. The delivery company we use usually invoices these separately.

The prices above are for shipping via Royal Mail or courier, dependent on size and value of the parcel. If you would like a quote with Royal Mail, which may cost less, please let us know.

**For orders up to 2kg in weight. If the order contains skis or snowboards, delivery to Australia and New Zealand is £150.00. For all orders over 2kg, please contact us for a postage quote. Or we will contact you once an order has been placed.

What information is needed for international delivery?

 

For international orders, we can only send goods to the registered credit or debit card billing address. Please contact us if you need delivery to an alternate address.

All orders are subject to credit card security checks. In the case of international orders. Some countries (e.g., France, Denmark, and Australia) do not provide the necessary information for these checks to happen. So, if you want to continue with your order, we need confirmation of your credit card billing address. For example, the top of a recent statement.

We need a contact telephone number that we can use between 08:30 and 18:00 GMT/BST. This is so we can contact you about any urgent queries relating to your order. Please also confirm your international dialling code.

Orders from BFPO addresses must provide confirmation from a commanding officer that they are entitled to V.A.T. free goods.

 

How will international orders be sent?

 

For most international orders of 2 kg and over, we dispatch our goods via UPS. For orders under 2 kg, we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for or International Tracked. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipment number that you can use to track these orders.

 

How long will international delivery take?

 

Delivery times are dependent on the service used and destination. Allow extra time for delivery in case of postal problems.
