Can’t make it to the event? We’re offering personalisation on all qualifying online orders throughout May.
Terms and conditions
Online orders must be placed by 28 May. Personalisation will be completed at our in-store event on 1 June. Expected delivery date 7 June 2024. Personalised orders cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Do I need to book to have my Hydro Flask personalised at the event?
No, but we expect the event to be very popular. We recommend registering for the event, so we can reserve you a slot. Sign up for free on Eventbrite.
Which Hydro Flask bottles can I get personalised?
We’re offering personalisation of the Hydro Flask Standard Mouth 21oz, Wide Mouth 32oz, and Coffee 16oz bottles. You can have each bottle you purchase engraved.
How many letters can I have on my bottle?
For best effect, we recommend no more than nine letters on your bottle. More characters can be added but will appear on two lines and reduce the size of the letters.
How long does the personalisation take?
The laser-etched personalisation of your new Hydro Flask takes less than five minutes. Watch this video for more information.
When will I receive my personalised Hydro Flask?
Personalisation will be completed at our in-store event on 1 June. The expected delivery date is 7 June 2024.
I have already bought a Hydro Flask from Ellis Brigham but would like to get it personalised in-store. Is that possible?
If you bought a Hydro Flask from us between 4 May and 1 June – online or in-store – and would like it personalised, then head to our Manchester event on 1 June and we will Make It Personal for you. Providing the bottle is a Standard Mouth 21oz, Wide Mouth 32oz, and Coffee 16oz. Proof of purchase is required.
