The North Face Store in Westfield White City is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with real passion for Outdoor sports and customer service to join our team in Westfield White City.

Westfield White City is a busy, dynamic place to work where you can learn and develop your management skills quickly. The person taking on this position will be integral to the continuing success of this key store.

We are looking for a person with a real passion for The North Face brand who can represent it to the highest level. The ideal candidate will be a team player and an excellent communicator. You should also be able to give examples of times you have motivated others and demonstrated leadership skills.

As an Assistant Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer care and shop floor sales:
  • The ideal candidate should be retail orientated, able to understand customer needs, develop staff to provide an exceptional customer experience whilst reaching store’s productivity goals and targets.

  • Training and coaching:
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in training and motivation of the sales team.

Despatch Assistant

The role is involved in the order fulfilment process; receiving and managing stock, looking after orders and packing parcels. Ideally, you will have an interest in the outdoors and the products we sell.

You should have good communication skills, unmatchable attention to detail and be able to multitask. You will also be able to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks between the Despatch and Customer Service departments.

You should be a neat, enthusiastic, flexible, pro-active team player with the ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines. You will be working within a friendly, close-knit team who strive to make sure our customers receive every parcel efficiently and safely.

No experience is necessary; however, a willingness to learn and be part of a team is required.

They must also be able to organise and drive teams of sales assistants to hit targets and provide exceptional customer service. They will be responsible for opening and closing procedures in a manager’s absence and have dialogue with senior management and buying teams. They need to be confident when dealing with staff and customers and help with returns and other store procedures. They will also be a direct contact for brands and work alongside the manager organising training to develop and mentor staff.
