Climbing performance meets hiking comfort in the Tecnica Men's Sulfur GORE-TEX. It is a fast-moving approach shoe that delivers grip, precision, and performance for technical terrain. The Sulfur upper is shaped around a specific anatomical last that delivers a precise, wrapping fit. A unique underfoot construction adapts to the shape of your foot thanks to Tecnica Adaptive Shape Technology, which combines different density EVA memory foams with pre-shaped thermoplastic inserts and an Ortholite footbed. The extended to-the-toe lacing system supports the wrapping fit at the forefoot and toe box and allows for precise lace adjustment for climbing steeper ground.
The Edge Frame plate at the core of the shoe provides stiffness and support for climbing while still allowing the shoe to flex where needed. Longitudinal elements improve rigidity at the toe and midfoot, and cut-out sections increase mobility. The Sulfur midsole contains two foam densities: a higher density area from the toe to the midfoot for stability and a lower density area underneath the heel for greater cushioning. Its rocker profile promotes a smoother heel-to-toe transition.
The Vibram Megagrip outsole offers superb grip on both dry and wet surfaces. The multi-directional lug pattern is ready to take on different terrains while a flat climbing zone at the toe gives advanced precision for slabs, ledges, and edges. Under the arch of the foot is a rubber grip with ‘teeth’ for slippery ridges, as well as via ferrata rungs and ladders. A lightweight rubber rand provides additional protection and abrasion resistance on the move. The Sulfur also features a robust back loop that helps you to pull on your shoes and enables secure attachment at the back of your harness.

The unique fabric construction uses the laminate as the external weather barrier, with ‘film-out’ GORE-TEX® Shakedry technology ensuring maximum water repellency. By removing the traditional external face fabric breathability is maximised while sweat accumulation and weight is reduced. An internal fabric backer aids next-to-skin comfort.
GORE-TEX Paclite® Paclite® product technology is the ideal solution for hiking, golf, travel and other activities where space and weight are critical. A protective layer on the inside of the GORE-TEX® membrane makes a separate lining unnecessary. The result: minimum weightand pack volume.

Express orders placed after 1pm (GMT) on Fridays will be dispatched on Mondays. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched by Tuesday.

Free delivery is available for all orders sent with economy delivery.
In the UK we use DPD Local and Royal Mail to deliver our parcels. If your parcel is small and of low value, we will send it via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Other items will be sent via DPD Local. Physical Gift Vouchers are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class. We will send you an email once we have packed your order. Further tracking information will be sent directly from the courier.

Free Click and Collect In-store
Free Click and Collect is available for all products on the website. At checkout, select Click and Collect as your delivery option. Then, choose the most convenient store to collect your order from.
You will receive an email to confirm your order. You will get a second message when your order is ready to collect.
Items in stock at your chosen store should be available within 24 hours of ordering. If we need to take items from another store or warehouse, it will take between 2 and 5 working days before they are available to collect.
International Delivery
Delivery timeframes for non-UK delivery vary depending on location, and take between 2 – 9 days. Similarly, non UK delivery charges start at £13 for Europe and go up to £30 for Southern hemisphere regions. For more detailed information please visit our international delivery page. Please note that the prices we quote on this page are for standard deliveries, i.e. parcel weight and size restrictions apply. Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods, and we will issue a refund within 7 working days of the goods being sent back to us. When you receive your order there will be a returns form inside, so please complete this and send back with the returned goods. Return postage must be paid by the customer for unwanted goods, and we offer a variety of ways for you to make a return e.g. taking to one of our stores free of charge, or Post Office drop off for £2.50.
