Dylan Garner

We’re excited to welcome Dylan to the team as an ambassador. Recognisable to many, he has made regular appearances in our catalogues and imagery over recent years.

Dylan grew up an avid sportsman, playing football, rugby and cricket, only find climbing and adventuring when he was 30 years old. Instantly becoming hooked on the sport, he quickly took to rock and began travelling to Majorca and Thailand for sport climbing trips.

Following two years of sport climbing, Dylan decided to move out of his London flat and began a nomadic lifestyle travelling the world, living in hostels and mountain bivvy huts. Thanks to working as a part-time model alongside a flexible job in the events industry, he was able to have a very active work/adventure balance, frequently travelling the UK and Europe.

Over the past 8 years, Dylan has climbed routes across the alps and the UK, in both summer and winter conditions. With a drive to push his skills, most of Dylan’s winter season is spent climbing in Scotland.

Dylan successfully completed his first attempt at the Cullin ridge unsupported, and off the back of the success stopped off at Nant Peris on the way back to his home in Mid-Wales, completing the Welsh 15 peaks unsupported, ticking off two UK mountaineering goals in the space of five days.

Following this success Dylan made a solo trip to Germany, linking up the country’s two highest mountains, Zugspitze via Jubilee ridge and the Watzmann traverse, spending all four nights of the trip in his bivvy.

With a few trips lined up in the future, Dylan’s constant pursuit and love for adventure alongside improving experience and skill set, ensure that he’s someone who will always push boundaries and fuel inspiration.
