Our in-store teams are on hand to advise and recommend clothing and equipment for your next outdoor adventure!

During store opening hours we have a limited number of appointments that can be pre-booked to guarantee store entry at a time to suit you. Once booked you’ll receive an email confirmation (and SMS text) and then a further reminder an hour before your appointed time. Please visit the store at your scheduled time and speak to a customer service host who can help you. At the busiest times please be aware that occasionally our fitters may be working with two bookings at one time.

*Ski and Snowboard Boot Fittings - Due to limited numbers of staff in stores at this time, if you would like to book a ski or snowboard boot-fitting, please ring the store. We can then better discuss your need and book an appointment for you with one of our qualified fitters when they are available.
