It utilises 3-layer H2No Performance Standard technology and a PFC-free Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish to offer waterproof, breathable protection and all-day comfort. Both the front zip and venting pit zips have welted storm flaps to help stop moisture from entering, while the two-way-adjustable hood has a laminated visor to keep the rain off your face. Use the adjustable cuffs and a hem drawcord to seal out draughts.
When you don’t need it, the hood can be rolled down and stowed with a simple cord-and-hook design and, if the weather really dries up, the whole jacket stows into the left pocket, which has a handy carabiner clip-in loop, to pack into your bag. When it comes to a comfortable waterproof jacket, it’s all about the little details, and in the Torrentshell these are covered: the full zip sits in a zip garage with a chin guard and the inside of the neck is lined with microfleece for a comfortable, kind to the skin finish.

PFCs can harm the wearer of the garment and damage nature. Incredibly resistant to breakdown, these pollutants have been found across the globe; they can remain in the environment for many years after release. In response, a growing number of PFC-Free products are being developed, designed to provide reliable water repellency without the use of these harmful chemicals.

Free delivery is available for all orders sent with economy delivery.
In the UK we use DPD Local and Royal Mail to deliver our parcels. If your parcel is small and of low value, we will send it via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Other items will be sent via DPD Local. Physical Gift Vouchers are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class. We will send you an email once we have packed your order. Further tracking information will be sent directly from the courier.

Free Click and Collect In-store
Free Click and Collect is available for all products on the website. At checkout, select Click and Collect as your delivery option. Then, choose the most convenient store to collect your order from.
You will receive an email to confirm your order. You will get a second message when your order is ready to collect.
Items in stock at your chosen store should be available within 24 hours of ordering. If we need to take items from another store or warehouse, it will take between 2 and 5 working days before they are available to collect.
International Delivery
Delivery timeframes for non-UK delivery vary depending on location, and take between 2 – 9 days. Similarly, non UK delivery charges start at £13 for Europe and go up to £30 for Southern hemisphere regions. For more detailed information please visit our international delivery page. Please note that the prices we quote on this page are for standard deliveries, i.e. parcel weight and size restrictions apply. For non-standard deliveries, e.g. skis and snowboards, our customer service team will contact you once you’ve placed the order to discuss any additional payment required.
Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods, and we will issue a refund within 7 working days of the goods being sent back to us. When you receive your order there will be a returns form inside, so please complete this and send back with the returned goods. Return postage must be paid by the customer for unwanted goods, and we offer a variety of ways for you to make a return e.g. taking to one of our stores free of charge, or Post Office drop off for £2.50.
