Features

4 Radius Drive

Four radii divide the edge into distinct handling zones. A tighter shovel radius supports precise turn entry; an open front section adds composure as the turn builds; the shortest radius sits underfoot for agility; and a moderate tail radius gives controlled support and a smooth release into the next turn.

Tailored Titanal Frame

Tailored Titanal Frame is an evolution of Volkl’s familiar Titanal Frame. In this design, the width of the Titanal upper belt can be adapted to the length of the ski; the resulting torsional stiffness and the desired damping behaviour can be adapted to the skier. The Titanal content is reduced in shorter skis, which means shorter and lighter skiers can get the most out of their skis without excessive effort.

Tailored Carbon Tip

Carbon fibres are specifically aligned along the shovel’s stress lines. This allows Völkl to tune stiffness and torsion precisely, reducing weight while producing a quick build-up of energy and a direct, responsive turn entry.
