The BC 111 is exactly what you would expect from a ski this width from Candide Thovex. A straight sidecut through the middle, lots of rocker, a low camber and a light wood core wrapped up in fibreglass and carbon. The result is a lightweight, go anywhere, freestyle ski, bursting to ollie and catch air, slash powder, straight-line bumps and weave through trees.

Sustainability – Bio-Based Epoxy

The factory producing the Candide skis has been pioneering the use of bio-based epoxy for many years. This replaces the petro-chemical with renewable materials such as vegetable oils. This process retains all the strength of a traditional epoxy resin.
