This ingenious design results in a mechanical bond within the ski mould during production, ensuring a more resilient and consistent connection between the sidewall and core. By incorporating additional material in critical areas to enhance durability and introducing a three-dimensional taper in the tip and tail, the w3Dgewall produces skis capable of withstanding increased abuse while delivering superior edge grip at reduced weights.
