A more condensed version of Armada's Articulated Titinal Banding (a laminate that's composed of Titinal and elastomers to boost horsepower). ATB-X has been modified for a focused, damp feeling underfoot, but by reducing the amount of metal & weight in the extremities of the ski it becomes much more poppy, loose, and freeride feeling.

The team of engineers embarked on a mission to conceive a unique concept aimed at crafting the most robust and high-performing construction in Armada's history. The w3Dgewall is characterized by its 3D moulded, injected sidewall, strategically angled at its junction with the wood core. This ingenious design results in a mechanical bond within the ski mould during production, ensuring a more resilient and consistent connection between the sidewall and core. By incorporating additional material in critical areas to enhance durability and introducing a three-dimensional taper in the tip and tail, the w3Dgewall produces skis capable of withstanding increased abuse while delivering superior edge grip at reduced weights.
