Mini Crux Fingerboard

Y Y Vertical's Mini Crux Fingerboard is a pocket-sized training and warm-up tool. Attach it to a resistance band, weight plate, bolt, or tree branch and warm up before you pull on. The trapezoidal shape gives four hang positions as well as a pinch block set-up.
