The Vango Cragmor 500 tent is well set for weekend camping with friends or family. Sleeping up to five people, it makes a comfortable home from home.
The flysheet and inner are connected for easy all-in-one pitching, aided by colour-coded poles for a speedy set-up. The large porch includes Diamond Clear windows which help create a bright and airy space. Underfoot the linked-in groundsheet is easy to clean, and you can stow it away if not required.
The queen-sized bedroom provides a 60cm sleeping area per person to fit most regular camping mats. The bedroom features Nightfall fabric, which helps reduce early morning light to avoid waking up with the sunrise. Storage pockets and lantern attachment points help keep items organised.
Designed with UK summer camping trips in mind, the Cragmor has a Sentinel flysheet which is durable, waterproof, and Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) 30+ rated. Vango’s internal Tension Band System II and external high visibility guylines improve stability on windy days.

Express Delivery
Order by 1pm (GMT) Monday-Friday for same day dispatch with express delivery.
Express orders placed after 1pm (GMT) on Fridays will be dispatched on Mondays. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched by Tuesday.
This option is only available when all items in your order can be sourced from our warehouse.
This service is only available to standard UK postcodes. Express delivery is unavailable for the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the BFPO, and the Scottish Islands/Highlands.
Economy Delivery
If items in your basket need to be sourced from a shop, they will be dispatched in 7 working days. This delivery option is always free.
UK Delivery Times
You’ll receive items dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. If we have to source the item(s) from one of our shops, delivery will take up to 5 working days.

UK Delivery Methods
Spend over £80 to get FREE delivery to standard UK addresses (including Scottish Islands/Highlands).
Free delivery is available for all orders sent with economy delivery.
In the UK we use DPD Local and Royal Mail to deliver our parcels. If your parcel is small and of low value, we will send it via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Other items will be sent via DPD Local. Physical Gift Vouchers are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class. We will send you an email once we have packed your order. Further tracking information will be sent directly from the courier.
Shipping may take up to 2 days to deliver to Scottish Islands/Highlands.
Please note that a signature is always required upon receipt.
If your address is in a VAT free area, e.g. Channel Islands, VAT will be removed from your order total before payment is made.
Customers are responsible for the cost of all postage charges.
Free Click and Collect In-store
Free Click and Collect is available for all products on the website. At checkout, select Click and Collect as your delivery option. Then, choose the most convenient store to collect your order from.
You will receive an email to confirm your order. You will get a second message when your order is ready to collect.
Items in stock at your chosen store should be available within 24 hours of ordering. If we need to take items from another store or warehouse, it will take between 2 and 5 working days before they are available to collect.
International Delivery
Delivery timeframes for non-UK delivery vary depending on location, and take between 2 – 9 days. Similarly, non UK delivery charges start at £13 for Europe and go up to £30 for Southern hemisphere regions. For more detailed information please visit our international delivery page. Please note that the prices we quote on this page are for standard deliveries, i.e. parcel weight and size restrictions apply. For non-standard deliveries, e.g. skis and snowboards, our customer service team will contact you once you’ve placed the order to discuss any additional payment required.
Returns
Should you be unhappy with any goods and they are in a new and unused condition, then returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods. We will issue a refund within 7 working days of the goods being sent back to us. When you receive your order there will be a returns form inside, so please complete this and send back with the returned goods. Return postage must be paid by the customer for unwanted goods, and we offer a variety of ways for you to make a return e.g. taking to one of our stores free of charge, or Post Office drop off for £2.50.
