The Oakley MOD1 Pro offers classic skate styling, a low-profile shape and durable construction. Dura-Matter outer uses a tough-wearing ABS hard shell, well suited for the park, while the inner section is made from an EPS energy-absorbing foam. MIPS has also been incorporated into the design for added safety. This low-friction layer sits between the liner and shell allowing a slight movement between them; in the event of an angled impact or fall, this movement helps to re-direct energy away from the head. Passive ventilation channels draw air in through the front of the helmet and push hot, stuffy air out the back. Brim ventilation helps goggles to 'breath' allowing hot air to escape from the top of the frame improving anti-fog performance. A moisture-wicking Polertec PowerGrid liner is used for added comfort which can be removed for washing, and the 360° BOA fit system wraps around the head allowing for easy size adjustment at the twist of a dial. For those who like to wear their goggles under the helmet, the ear pads and liner can be taken off, perfect for warm spring days. Lastly, the magnetic Fidlock chin buckle can be fastened with one hand, even while wearing gloves.

MIPS HELMET TECHNOLOGY EXPLAINED
MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) MIPS is not a construction as such but a safety feature integrated into the build. MIPS reduces rotational forces on the brain caused by angled impacts to the head. In a MIPS helmet the shell and the liner are separated by a low friction layer. When subjected to an angled impact, the low friction layer allows the helmet to slide relative to the head, absorbing much of the energy.

Free delivery is available for all orders sent with economy delivery.
In the UK we use DPD Local and Royal Mail to deliver our parcels. If your parcel is small and of low value, we will send it via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Other items will be sent via DPD Local. Physical Gift Vouchers are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class. We will send you an email once we have packed your order. Further tracking information will be sent directly from the courier.
Shipping may take up to 2 days to deliver to Scottish Islands/Highlands.
Please note that a signature is always required upon receipt.
If your address is in a VAT free area, e.g. Channel Islands, VAT will be removed from your order total before payment is made.
Customers are responsible for the cost of all postage charges.
Free Click and Collect In-store
Free Click and Collect is available for all products on the website. At checkout, select Click and Collect as your delivery option. Then, choose the most convenient store to collect your order from.
You will receive an email to confirm your order. You will get a second message when your order is ready to collect.
Items in stock at your chosen store should be available within 24 hours of ordering. If we need to take items from another store or warehouse, it will take between 2 and 5 working days before they are available to collect.
International Delivery
Delivery timeframes for non-UK delivery vary depending on location, and take between 2 – 9 days. Similarly, non UK delivery charges start at £13 for Europe and go up to £30 for Southern hemisphere regions. For more detailed information please visit our international delivery page. Please note that the prices we quote on this page are for standard deliveries, i.e. parcel weight and size restrictions apply. For non-standard deliveries, e.g. skis and snowboards, our customer service team will contact you once you’ve placed the order to discuss any additional payment required.
Returns
Should you be unhappy with any goods and they are in a new and unused condition, then returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods. We will issue a refund within 7 working days of the goods being sent back to us. When you receive your order there will be a returns form inside, so please complete this and send back with the returned goods. Return postage must be paid by the customer for unwanted goods, and we offer a variety of ways for you to make a return e.g. taking to one of our stores free of charge, or Post Office drop off for £2.50.
