Overview
Shape
There is plenty of shape, so turns come smoothly and easily. The waist is 73mm so it feels quick to swap edges and nimble when you want the ski to respond quickly. The widest part of the ski is right into the tip and works with the rocker to ensure hassle-free turn initiation; the tail is more rounded, making the end of the turns simple to release so you can choose between sliding or carving through the last phase.
Rocker
On Piste Rocker uses a small amount of tip rocker to improve stability and help with smooth initiation, whilst the almost full camber ensures the best spread of energy and excellent rebound. A very small amount of tail rocker eases the turn release, especially in less than ideal conditions.
Core
A wood and composite core keeps the ski feeling light but still has plenty of energy to make it fun to ski on.
Construction
A cap construction with partial sidewall is both durable and forgiving, allow the ski to feel easier in and out of the turn, never becoming over-precise.
Key Features
Natural Stance
Designing skis built specifically for women, allows Nordica to specifically tailor the mounting position for women. The binding's heel is lowered by 2mm, allowing the skier to hold a more natural and centred position.
EB tester’s comments: Claire (Milton Keynes) Not only does this ski look good, it holds up so well. I found it stable and comfortable at slower speeds, a really nice confidence building ski.
