Mountain Equipment designed the Men's Paiyu Down Jacket for remote climbing trips, extended expeditions in freezing conditions, and multi-day ski journeys. The construction combines 700-fill down with dual-layer offset baffles that eliminate cold spots and a heat reflective internal fabric. The result is impressive warmth at a low weight.

700 fill responsibly sourced down insulation is light, compressible, and achieves a great warmth-to-weight ratio. A dual layer offset baffle construction eliminates cold spots.

Helmet compatible Mountain hood

The insulated Mountain hood is sized to accommodate a climbing helmet. Adjusters at the front and rear lock down the fit when worn without one.

Internal zipped pocket

A zipped pocket found on the inside of the chest makes the perfect spot to keep valuables.

Internal drop pockets

Large internal elasticated pockets make a great place to store things quickly and keep them warm, such as gloves or climbing shoes.

Hem drawcord

Dual-tether hem drawcords allow you to seal in warmth and improve the fit of your jacket, with no risk of snagging.

Stowable
