The Metolius Grip Saver Plus is designed to exercise and strengthen the hand, wrist, and arm through a full range of motion. It is effective for injury rehab, prevention and warming up for climbing. Consisting of a grip trainer ball and finger cords allow for the training of antagonist muscles.
