Features

Full Heel Release

Full Heel Release allows the heel to release both vertically and laterally through 180°, adding protection in twisting falls where conventional bindings only release vertically at the heel. It can help reduce ACL strain by over 50%, making Protector a serious choice for skiers who prioritise safety.

Lateral Heel Movement

The Protector heel has 7mm of lateral movement before release. This helps absorb short, low-force movements that can happen during normal skiing, reducing the chance of unwanted release while still allowing the heel to release when loads become too high.

BTR Toe Kinematics

BTR kinematics help the toe manage loads in backward twisting falls, giving more consistent release behaviour when the ski is under pressure. It works alongside the Full Heel Release heel to create a more complete safety system for piste and all-mountain skiers.

Evo Platform Updates

Compared with previous Protector models, the Evo platform improves step-in, brake function and DIN adjustment. That makes the binding easier to live with day to day, while keeping the headline safety benefits that make Protector stand out from standard piste and all-mountain bindings.

PowerRail Platform

The PowerRail platform gives the Evo PR bindings a solid, planted connection to the ski, with easy adjustment for boot sole length. It suits skiers who want Protector safety with a strong, dependable feel underfoot for confident resort and all-mountain skiing.
