Spectra outer

The ultralight ripstop outer features targeted Spectra yarns that increase strength and abrasion resistance yet keep weight to a minimum.

1000 fill down insulation

The pinnacle of down insulation. 1000 fill power down achieves the highest warmth-to-weight ratio possible. The North Face's ProDown hydrophobic treatment helps it retain loft when wet and improves drying times.

ThinDown insulation

Goose down and polyethylene insulation sheets are used in the lower body and forearms, providing warmth while improving fit and resilience under a climbing pack.

Helmet compatible hood

The hood is shaped for an optimal fit over a climbing helmet. You can adjust the hood at the rear to keep it secure when worn without one.

Stretch cuffs

Stretch cuffs give a close, comfortable fit and help to trap body heat. They include integrated thumb loops to keep the sleeves in place when adding layers on top.

Stowable

The jacket stows into a compression ripstop stuff sack, which keeps it protected while ensuring a small pack size.
