Our St Paul's store is located within one of the most prestigious shopping locations in the capital, the One New Change development, in the heart of London's banking district and a very short distance from possibly the world's most famous cathedral.

This store specialises in ski (September – April) trek, travel, camping, hike, and run.

We offer a range of free services, from backpack fittings to one-to-one personal shopping. Visit our booking portal to see our full range of services and book a guaranteed spot.

We also regularly run events from our St Paul's store in collaboration with some of your favourite brands and outdoor ambassadors. Backpack fitting

Our staff will guide you through the selection and fitting process, helping you find a pack that suits your activity, load and body shape.

Tent pitching

See your chosen tent model pitched and explore its space, features, and design up close. Due to space limitations, we can only pitch tents up to 2-person size in this store.

Clothing advice

Get help choosing the right clothing. We'll guide you through layering, fit and fabric options based on your needs.

One-to-one personal shopping

Enjoy a one-hour personal shopping session with tailored advice on outdoor gear and clothing. Ideal for planning a trip or refreshing your kit.

Expedition advice

Meet with an experienced member of staff to prepare for your expedition. We'll help you choose the right gear based on your destination, climate and activity.

Outdoor footwear fitting

Get fitted for hiking, trail running or outdoor footwear. Our team will assess your feet and recommend the best options for fit and performance.

Custom insole

Have custom footbeds made to match your feet. Suitable for ski, snowboard, running or outdoor footwear to enhance comfort and support.

Ski boot adjustment

Appointment for adjusting ski boots purchased from us or elsewhere. Our fitters can help with comfort issues, pressure points or performance tweaks.

Ski boot assessment & fitting

An initial foot assessment to measure and evaluate your feet before ordering boots. Available in select stores during the off-season when ski boot stock is limited. New ski boot fitting appointments at this store are unavailable during the summer. Bookings will reopen ahead of winter once new season stock arrives. In the meantime, please check availability at our other stores.
