Scarpa's Vapor V climbing shoe balances comfort, precision, and power. Its snug fit, low-volume design, and flexible support make it ideal for indoor and outdoor sport climbing or bouldering. The Vapor V has a two-part sole of 3.5mm Vibram XS Edge rubber, delivering grip and edging power but retaining sensitivity.

Low asymmetry climbing shoes are comfortable and distribute load widely but transfer less power. Highly asymmetrical shoes primarily weight the big and index toes to transfer more power.
