The S/Lab Shift Alpha S BOA is Salomon’s no-compromise freetouring boot for expert freeriders. A whopping 140 flex, integrated Powerplate for more control and snug 98mm fit pair with the BOA linked ExoBelt for that locked-in feel when you’re charging. Custom Shell HD shapes the lower shell, while the heat-mouldable My Custom Fit Freeride 4D Race liner is beefed up versus typical touring liners for added foothold. It's a no-holds-barred boot that's built for the best freeride rippers. This early release is exclusive to Ellis Brigham.

The BOA H+i1 Fit System is a revolutionary approach to achieving the perfect fit, using five different contact points to pull the shell around your foot for a secure and comfortable wrap. With precise adjustments in 0.25mm increments, it ensures a truly dialled-in fit and the uniform wrap provided by the BOA laces helps keep your heel locked in place for superior edge control. The system also improves pressure distribution, reducing peak pressure on the top of the foot by 13% while still delivering a precise uniform foot hold, making the BOA H+i1 Fit System a game-changer in ski boot technology that enhances comfort, fit, and performance.

The Powerplate reinforces the lower shell overlap with an extra-stiff plastic insert, boosting forward flex for stronger, more powerful transmission.
