It stands in a position of its own thanks to its soft snow influenced shape that is more similar to 95mm waisted skis whilst having a width closer to many firmer snow and weight obsessed models that around 85mm. The elongated nose means it keeps a strong freeride influence and provides impressive handling in soft and cruddy snow. The shortened contact length increases ease of use in a variety of conditions; the narrow waist ensures quick response and a nimbleness that shines on pistes or firmer conditions. It’s based on the existing Enforcer 88 so uses a proven and successful shape, and saves weight thanks to Carbon Chassis LT, the poplar wood core and True Tip Technology. Pretty much everywhere on the mountain, especially for the realists who know that the mountain has every condition and the powder days are the rarity. Being 88m in waist means it isn’t for someone hunting out deep snow and skiing in the expectation of fresh conditions, but the narrower waist does suit tighter spots and firmer snow whilst the shape provides smooth tracking even it’s rough or when you get lucky and it’s fresh untracked snow. It’ll even ski pistes all day long.
Skier Type
Experienced and novice BC skiers who aren’t looking for a wide ski, but want something that will still work in softer snow. The construction and shape ensure that it has exceptional control yet it’s easy to use and will inspire confidence in all conditions.

Shape
It’s a new model that borrows heavily from the standard Enforcers with the long gradual nose and smooth rocker at the front. This, combined with the construction, makes for smooth handling in tricky and soft snow, as well as nicely predictable turn initiation. The 88mm waist is the ideal size to work on hard snow and still make the most of fresh stuff thanks to the blend of shaping and rocker.
Rocker
Early Rise Tip and Tail Rocker uses a split of rocker/camber/rocker across the tip, main body and tail of the ski. This gives effortless handling in all conditions as the rocker in the tip aids float and initiation, the camber provides grip and bite on firmer snow, and the tail rocker allows for easy turn release and control in tricky snow.
Core
The core uses a poplar wood for weight saving and good energy and response. The new True Tip Technology extends the core into the tip and lightens the overall weight as well as increasing manoeuvrability.
Construction
Sidewalls offer the best in energy transmission and edge grip; the new Carbon Chassis LT reduces weight and increases stability.

Nordica’s Carbon Chassis LT uses a proprietary blend of carbon materials to reduce weight while maximising performance. True Tip Technology
By trimming the amount of heavy ABS plastic in the tip and extending the lightweight wood core into this area, with a taper that further reduces weight, Nordica were able to increase playfulness and manoeuvrability of the ski. At the same they have maintained the classic powerful and stable feel that Enforcers are known for.
