The Armada ARW 88 is the top pick for freestyle ski of the year for women. A great option for intermediate to advanced freestylers looking to take their park game to new levels, it offers stability for landings and edge hold for carving up icy take-offs. With its elongated turn radius in the tip and tail, it prevents hooky handling and mellows out take-offs and landings for total confidence. What we really loved when testing, was its snappy core that gave a ton of rebound skiing on-piste and pop for boosting off lips and kickers.

Salomon QST Stella

The Salomon QST Stella is our women’s freeride ski of the year. These versatile skis incorporate new tech with the widest point of the ski being dropped right back. This frees the ski up to let loose in the powder as well as performing like an all mountain ski when you need it on the piste.  Also given more rocker which has been counteracted by dropping in cork to reduce shocks and vibrations and some CFX fibre in the tip. So, it’s fully loaded to go and super-fast.
