Mammut's Women's Crater Pro HS GORE-TEX Jacket is a stormproof hardshell made for winter climbing and mountaineering in the most extreme weather conditions. Its durable 80-denier recycled nylon outer resists abrasion from sharp tools and rough granite. The GORE-TEX Pro ePE PFAS-free membrane provides total waterproof protection.

GORE-TEX Pro ePE waterproof protection

The GORE-TEX Pro expanded polyethylene (ePE) membrane is completely PFAS-free. Providing the highest level of weather protection, it's durably waterproof, totally windproof, and reliably breathable.

Helmet compatible hood

The hood is shaped for an optimal fit over a climbing helmet. You can adjust the hood at the rear to keep it secure when worn without one.

Two-way front zip

You can unzip the jacket from the bottom to increase ventilation, provide clear access to your harness belay loop, or improve comfort when you sit down.

Harness compatible hand pockets

Zipped hand pockets are gusseted for increased volume, and their placement keeps them out of the way of a harness or pack hip belt.

Pit zips

These zipped vents, positioned to minimise sacrifice to waterproof protection, allow you to dump excess body heat and reduce perspiration.
