While typical touring shells with open-throat construction allow easy entry and exit, they often lack toe support. Conversely, regular overlap shells wrap the foot securely but make stepping in/out harder. The Hybrid Overlap provides a balanced solution.

A powerful Z-cable closure system specifically designed for the Hybrid Overlap of Backland XTD. This closure system securely wraps the complete foot to create a phenomenal fit with unparalleled foot and ankle hold. A supremely uniform fit is achieved by lacing the adjustment system through the lower buckle, allowing for improved support, easier on and off, personalized settings, and a better overall fit.
