Win a Trip to Italy to Watch the Freeski Final

• The contest is open to all persons aged 18 and above.  

• One entry per person  

• The giveaway will end on Sunday 1st February at midnight. Any entries received after this time will not be considered.  

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and contacted directly via email and phone before the end of the day on the 2 February. The winner will be given 48 hours to respond before a second draw is undertaken. 

•  The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.  

• Salomon and Ellis Brigham reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time, and their decision is final and binding in all matters related to this contest.  

• Salomon prize includes: Helmet, goggles, Jacket, trousers, pair of skis/snowboard and boots 

• Boot fitting included by the Ellis Brigham boot fitting team 

• Items are all subject to availability 

• The competition schedule may be subject to change and regrettably this is beyond the control of the prize partners 

Flights & Transfers 

The prize includes return flights and transfers for the winner and one (1) guest, provided by Ski Solutions, subject to the following terms:

1. Flight Arrangements 

1. Flights will be provided from London to the nearest available airport to Livigno, Italy. Airport selection will be determined by Ski Solutions based on availability, routing efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Potential airports include but are not limited to: Innsbruck (INN), Milano Bergamo (BGY), Milano Linate (LIN), Zurich (ZRH), or Milano Malpensa (MXP). 

2. Flights are to be booked by Ski Solutions and dates are scheduled for 19-22 February 2026, subject to final confirmation based on availability and Olympic Games event schedule. 

3. Flight times, airline carriers, and routing are at Ski Solutions' sole discretion and may include connections. 

4. Economy class travel (seat + hold bag) is provided. Upgrades are not included. 

2. Transfer Arrangements 

1. Private return transfers will be provided from the arrival airport to the accommodation in Livigno and return to the airport for departure. 

2. Transfer duration will vary depending on airport selection, typically ranging from 3 to 3.5 hours each way. 

3. Transfers will be coordinated to align with confirmed flight times. 


3. Winner Obligations 

1. The winner and their guest must hold valid passports with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. 

2. The winner and their guest are responsible for obtaining any required visas or travel authorisation (e.g., ETIAS for Schengen Area if applicable). 

3. The winner must provide accurate passenger details (full names as per passport, date of birth, passport numbers) within 7 days of being notified as the winner to enable flight bookings.

4. The winner must inform Ski Solutions of any special requirements (mobility assistance, dietary requirements, etc.) within 7 days of notification.

5. Failure to provide required information within specified time-frames may result in prize forfeiture. 


4. Changes & Cancellations 

1. Once flight details are confirmed with the winner, changes requested by the winner (dates, routes, passenger names) are not permitted.

2. If the winner or their guest cannot travel on the specified dates, the flight and transfer element of the prize will be forfeited with no alternative compensation.

3. Ski Solutions reserves the right to make reasonable changes to flight routing, times, or airport selection due to availability or airline schedule changes.

4. In the event of airline-initiated flight cancellations or significant delays, Ski Solutions will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative flights of comparable standard, subject to availability. 


5. Exclusions 

1. The prize does NOT include: airport parking, lounge access, meals or refreshments during travel, additional baggage beyond standard airline allowance and one hold bag per passenger, seat selection fees, fast track security, or any other ancillary services not expressly stated.

2. Travel insurance is NOT included in the prize. Winners are strongly advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, delays, and personal liability. 

3. Transport from the winner's home to London departure airport is NOT included and remains the winner's responsibility. 


6. Liability 

1. Ski Solutions' liability is limited to providing flights and transfers as described. Ski Solutions accepts no liability for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service quality issues caused by airlines or transfer operators beyond Ski Solutions' reasonable control. 

2. The winner and their guest travel at their own risk. Ski Solutions is not liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, or any consequential losses incurred during travel.

3. Ski Solutions is not responsible for events outside its reasonable control including but not limited to: extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemic restrictions, government travel restrictions, airline bankruptcy, or force majeure events.

4. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Ski Solutions' liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.


7. Data Privacy 

1. Passenger details provided for booking purposes will be processed by Ski Solutions in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.skisolutions.com/about-us/privacy-policy 

2. Personal data will be shared with airlines, transfer operators, and other third parties solely for the purpose of facilitating travel arrangements.

3. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Ski Solutions processing their data and the data of their guest for prize fulfilment purposes.

4. Winners may exercise their data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure) by contacting Ski Solutions at the contact details provided on our website.
