Win a place at the 2026 Arc'teryx Climb Academy

1. Promoter 

• The promoter is: Ellis Brigham Ltd, 47 Brunel Avenue, Salford, Manchester, M5 4BE, Company number  01951886. 

2. Eligibility 

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over  

• Employees/organisers and their immediate families may/may not enter (state clearly).  

• Entrants must be residents of the UK (if applicable).  

3. Entry Requirements 

• The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. There is no charge to register for use of the website.  

• Maximum number of entrants per person: 1  

• By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

• The promoter will not accept Prize Draw entries that are: 

1. automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications); 

1. completed by third parties or in bulk; 

1.  illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; 

1. photocopies and not originals; or 

1. incomplete. 

4. Opening & Closing Dates 

• Raffle opens:  Friday 17^th April 2026, 12:00pm 

• Raffle closes: Thursday 23^rd April 2026, 23:59pm 

• Entries received after closing will not be included.  

5. The Prize 

• Prize description:  Two spots on the Arc’teryx Climb Academy Lake District clinics on May 3^rd-25^th 2026, including two camping spots. 

• No cash alternative unless stated.  

• The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  

• 5.3 Academy Clinics will be arranged by ARC’TERYX Equipment, A Division of Amer Sports Canada Inc., (having its registered office at 110 - 2220 Dollarton Highway, North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, V7H 1A8 and registered under N°BC1040997 at British Columbia, Canada). 

6. Draw Details 

• The draw will take place on: Friday 24^th April 2026  

• Method: Winner will be chosen using a random number generator  

• The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

7. Winner Notification 

• Winners will be notified within 2 days via email/phone 

• If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, a new winner may be drawn. 

• Please note,  Organizer must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Organizer will publish the surname and county of major prize winner(s) and, if applicable, their winning entries on https://www.instagram.com/ellisbrigham/ on [xx May 2026]. 

• If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact marketing@ellis-brigham.com In such circumstances, Organizer must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

8. Prize Delivery 

• Prize delivery/collection details:  

• Any additional costs (e.g. travel) are the winner’s responsibility unless stated.  

9. Data Protection 

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR.  

• Data will only be used for administering the raffle unless consent is given otherwise.  

10. Lability 

• The promoter is not responsible for:  

• Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind;  

• Technical issues  

• Liability is limited to the cost of entry.  

XX. Limitation of liability of Academy Clinic Organizer 

Arc’teryx’s involvement in the prize draw is strictly limited to arranging and providing the Academy Clinic experience as a prize. Arc’teryx is not the promoter or organizer of the prize draw and has no responsibility for, nor involvement in, the administration, management, operation, or conduct of the prize draw. 

All obligations, responsibilities, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the prize draw, including but not limited to its administration, promotion, entrant eligibility, selection of winners, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, rest solely with the Organizer. 

Insofar as is permitted by law, Arc’teryx, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize and/or attending the Academy Clinics except where it is caused by the negligence of Arc’teryx, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected and nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit Arc’teryx’s liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 

Participants understand that the sports of hiking, running (including, but not limited to, long distance, trail running), climbing and other outdoor sports (collectively “LAND SPORTS”) involve inherent and other risks of INJURY and DEATH. Participant voluntarily agree to expressly assume all risks of injury or death that may result from these LAND SPORTS, or which relate in any way to the participation in the Academy Clinics. Participants understand that the use of Arc’teryx’s outdoor performance products involves certain risks (including the risk of personal injury or death, or property loss or damage) some of which are foreseeable but others of which are not. Participants voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for any risks, loss, or property damage that they may sustain, or any loss or damage to their property resulting from participating in the Academy Clinics and the use of Arc’teryx’s outdoor performance products. Arc’teryx does not provide insurance coverage to the Participants. Thus, it is Participant’s responsibility to obtain all relevant insurances such as travel insurance and insurance for accidents.     

By entering, all participants agree to abide by the official rules and regulations and decisions of the Organizer or Academy Clinic organizer/ Arc’teryx which are final.  

Arc’teryx shall accept no responsibility whatsoever if, in the case of force majeure or events beyond its control or out of justified necessity, it is obliged to cancel, curtail, defer, postpone, or amend the conditions of the said Academy Clinics, its responsibility will not be invoked in such circumstances.  

By accepting these terms and conditions, the Participant understands that participation to the climbing clinics requires basic understanding and knowledge of climbing. The Participant understands that if he/she is drawn as a winner, she/he need to have sufficient understanding and knowledge of climbing to be able to participate the clinics. The Academy Clinic organizer / Arc’teryx reserves the right to withdraw any participant from the clinic if it is considered that the participant does not possess the necessary experience required for safe and effective participation. This decision is made to ensure the safety and security of the participant and others attending the clinic. The clinic organizers will provide a clear explanation for any such withdrawal and provides participant possibility to attend another clinic more suitable for participant’s level. Such decision will be done on a basis to protect and ensure safety and well-being of all clinic participants.  

By entering the Prize Draw, entrants release Arc’teryx and their respective affiliates, sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family and household members of the above, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, where permitted by law , from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Prize event or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any  prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).  

It is specified that Arc’teryx cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage from any interruption or malfunction whatsoever, suspension or the end of the Prize Draw or the Academy Clinic, for any reason whatsoever or from any direct or indirect damage which may occur, in any way whatsoever, from logging on to the website. Each Participant takes responsibility for taking all appropriate measures to protect their own data and / or software stored on their computer equipment against any external violation or attack. Accessing the Website and participation in the Prize Draw is entirely the responsibility of the individual Participant. 

11. Legal Compliance 

• This raffle is conducted in accordance with:  

• Gambling Commission guidance  

• Relevant local authority regulations  

• Tickets must not be sold to anyone under the legal age. 

12. General 

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle if necessary.  

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
