The Liverpool store stocks a good selection of all products and brands, with a particularly good range of climbing gear. Located in the centre of Liverpool’s shopping district, the shop is 200 yards from Central Station and a 5-minute walk from Lime Street station.

"I recently bought a coat from your Liverpool (lovely north face metropolis) store. Well I just wanted to pass on my positive experience. I was served by a lovely lady called Peggy, I had a small child in a buggy with me. From entering the store Peggy was so helpful. The ladies coats were upstairs and the shop had no lift. Peggy went upstairs and brought down a selection of coats I was interested in for me to try on downstairs. I picked the coat I liked she then proceeded to look online for my size. She ordered it into store and very efficiently telephoned me 4 days later when it had arrived. The whole experience was personalised and efficient. Praise we're praise is due.
