Founded in 1950 as a response to wooden skis consistently breaking, Howard Head (aeronautical engineer) designed a ski from metal and plastic for added strength and weight savings that was an instant success. Today, Head continue to innovate with ski, boot and equipment design - producing class-leading equipment for race, freestyle and freeride disciplines.
