For over 90 years, we’ve been equipping people for adventures. Founded and based in Greater Manchester, we are proud to be the UK’s leading independent outdoor and snow sports retailer. From Central London to the Scottish Highlands, our stores are staffed by people who share a passion for the mountains and the kit that makes adventures possible.
As a Supervisor in our Ski Department, you’ll be a key figure on the shop floor. You’ll inspire customers to get the most out of their skiing, provide expert guidance on ski hardware and boot fitting, and lead your colleagues to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You’ll also support store management by directing the team when required and ensuring smooth daily operations.
