As a supervisor, you will support the store team in delivering excellent service and ensuring that customers receive the best advice and products tailored to their needs.
Representing Ellis Brigham and inspiring customers to enjoy the outdoors
Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the store
Helping customers select the right products for their activities
Leading the team in the absence of Managers and supporting store operations
Assisting with training, coaching and developing colleagues
Maintaining high store standards to make shopping enjoyable
Completing daily tasks accurately to ensure smooth store performance
A strong communicator who can confidently interact with different people
Experienced in a customer-facing environment
Able to show leadership and take responsibility when needed
Honest, hard-working working and proud of doing a good job
Keen to learn and develop your skills further
Comfortable working as part of a team and also making decisions independently
