As a Workshop Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in preparing and maintaining ski and snowboard equipment to the highest standards. Your work will ensure customers get the best performance from their kit and enjoy their time on the mountain to the fullest.
Servicing skis and snowboards, including edge sharpening and waxing
Carrying out belt and stone grinding of bases
Completing snowboard and ski repairs with care and precision
Mounting ski bindings to the required standards
Ensuring all workshop tasks are completed accurately and on time
Detail-focused, with pride in the quality of your work
Honest, hardworking and reliable
Willing to learn and develop your technical skills
Comfortable working in a team and taking direction, while confident in making your own decisions
Passionate about outdoor sports, ideally with an interest in skiing or snowboarding
Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
