As a Retail Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping customers choose the right gear for their journeys. From weekend walks to expeditions on the world's highest peaks, we guide people with knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm.
Helping customers choose the best products for their needs
Offering advice on a wide range of gear, including clothing, footwear, & equipment
Sharing your expertise, product knowledge, & passion for outdoor sports
Working with your team to deliver excellent service & create a welcoming environment
Maintaining store displays & stock presentation
Completing daily store operations accurately & efficiently
Passionate about outdoor sports or ready to immerse yourself in the outdoor world
A confident communicator with good people skills
