The Men's Nuclei SV Parka is Arc’teryx’s warmest synthetically insulated belay jacket. Designed for static alpine activities, winter belays, and extreme cold, it is stuffed with warm, resilient Coreloft Continuous synthetic insulation. The outer is made using lightweight, highly durable, and completely windproof Hadron LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) fabric.

Coreloft Continuous synthetic insulation delivers lightweight, breathable warmth, and it retains its insulating properties even when wet.

Hadron LCP outer fabric

The Hadron LCP outer fabric is ultra-light and ultra-durable. It is made by weaving a liquid crystal polymer into already durable ripstop nylon, creating incredible abrasion resistance.

Adjustable helmet compatible StormHood

Arc’teryx’s StormHood design, sized to accommodate a climbing helmet, provides protection without obstructing your field of vision. It can be adjusted at the rear and cinched around the face.

Zipped hand pockets

Zipped hand pockets provide a secure spot to keep your essentials accessible.

Internal drop pockets

Two large, internal, drop pockets make a great place to store things quickly and keep them warm close to the body, such as gloves.

Hem drawcord

The internal hem drawcord allows you to seal in warmth and improve the fit of your jacket.
