Purchase any FUTURELIGHT™ Summit Series or Steep Series jacket or pant throughout February & March and fill out the form below to be entered into the draw to win.

Entry Requirements

Prior ski touring experience is not required but the ability to ski/board off-piste is. Own insurance, avalanche safety equipment and ski/split board touring equipment required. You must be available to attend the trip between 10/05/2020 - 15/05/2020.

Terms and Conditions - Arctic Ski and Sail Experience Promotion

By taking part in this promotion you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. We, Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports Ltd, 47 Brunel Avenue, Salford, Manchester, M5 4BE (“Ellis Brigham”) recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. Ellis Brigham is the promoter of this promotion which is run in conjunction with The North Face EMEA.

1.What can you win?

There will be 1 winner who will win:

• A pair of tickets for the Svalbard Ski and Sail trip from 11 – 15 May 2020 including

• Board (excluding drinks) and lodging onboard MS Nordstjernen in a 2-bed cabin

• Guiding

• 3 full days of skiing (subject to weather conditions)

• Polar bear guards

• Shuttle onshore everyday

• On-board lectures from The North Face athletes plus

• A pair of return flights from London Heathrow to Longyearbyen departing Sunday 10 May 2020 at 17:30 and returning Friday 15 May 2020 at 18:30 plus

• Twin room hotel accommodation on a B&B basis in Longyearbyen for the night of Sunday 10 May 2020 (the “Prize“)

The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation from Ellis Brigham. Ellis Brigham has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of Ellis Brigham. Ellis Brigham shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), Ellis Brigham is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

2.What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winner's responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3.Who can enter?

Entrants and their companion must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of England, Scotland or Wales. Entrants must have the ability to ski/snowboard off-piste. Entrants must purchase one of the following The North Face FUTURELIGHT™ Summit Series or Steep Series jackets or pants:

There is no cost to enter the competition – entry is free upon purchase of an eligible product. Employees (and their immediate family) of Ellis Brigham, The North Face or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. Ellis Brigham reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4.How to enter

Entrants can enter the promotion by signing up on https://www.ellis-brigham.com/svalbard-entry ; Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. Purchase of an eligible product from an Ellis Brigham or The North Face Store listed on https://www.ellis-brigham.com/shops or from Ellis Brigham online between 11 February and 29 March 2020 is necessary to enter the promotion. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5.Opening and Closing Times

The competition will open at 00:01 on 11 February 2020 and close at midnight on 29 March 2020. Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

6.How are winners selected?

The winner will be selected at random. The decision of Ellis Brigham is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner themselves). The winner will be notified via email or phone. In the event a winner does not confirm their acceptance of the Prize, Ellis Brigham reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive his/her rights to the Prize.

7.Winners' Responsibilities

It is the winner’s responsibility to: (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including compulsory Travel Insurance for rescue, repatriation and medical expenses for the trip, travel to and from London Heathrow Airport, travel between the airport, hotel and ship in Longyearbyen, meals and refreshments not expressly included in the prize, hire of compulsory avalanche safety equipment and ski touring equipment; (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of purchase of an eligible product from an Ellis Brigham or The North Face Store listed on https://www.ellis-brigham.com/shops or from Ellis Brigham online between 11 February and 29 March 2020 which is required to enter the promotion; (v) confirm that they have the ability to ski/snowboard off-piste (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the trip organiser. Ellis Brigham will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

By ticking the appropriate opt-in boxes you agree that you will receive regular communication from Ellis Brigham. Ellis Brigham will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials provided by Ellis Brigham and to administer the promotion.
