I was attended to by Ryan who patiently guided me through the specifications and sizes of each model of shoe in stock and gave me the benefit of his fantastic technical knowledge, experience and preferences. He even let me try on his own personal rock shoes. He did this while directing staff to other customers and managing other activity in the store, the whole time making everything relaxed and unhurried.
