Rosie has been camping from a young age and exploring the UK on affordable family holidays has instilled a love of the British landscape in her. Since then she has explored the UK from a backpackers point of view, hiking, climbing, wild camping and travelling to new places as often as she can. She has also taken this love of adventure to see the sights of Europe and Brazil.
When she travelled to the south of France for some multi-pitch climbing it took her breath away but her time spent canyoning in La Garganta Verde in Andalucia she describes as spectacular. There was a heatwave at the time she was there leaving much of the water dried up and what little swimming they did was done in smelly stagnant water but, coming face to face with the wild vultures that call it home made it all worth while.
Dorset is pretty special to her and easy to get to from London for great walks and quality climbing. Although she fell in love with Brazil while she was there, she'd love to explore more of South America before she heads back to the same place.
