    Full Tilt Men's Descendant 6 2016 / 2017 Ski Boots

Fit: medium volume, good heel hold, thermo liner provides even all-over pressure

Full Tilt boots have previously had a reputation for not suiting wider feet but that is set to change with the brand new Descendant 6. It uses a wider shape to ease some of the hotspots higher volume feet would find in traditional FT models, and a medium flex pattern for skiers wanting a more cushioned feel. The progressive feel of the 3-piece design remains, as does the impressive Intuition mouldable liner, shock absorbing footboard and the effective 3-buckle closure with its heel lockdown.

    They do what they say

    Marjorie 28/01/2016

Got a men's Descendant 6 as I'm a 6', 28.5 wider shoe, all-mountain skiing woman, so too big for the womens range or the original Full Tilts which have a narrower last. Upside over the women's Plush model is that the colours are better. As claimed they are light, warm, fit like a shoe, prevent shin-bang, are easy to put on, needless to say they also ski well. The only downside to watch for is that the liner does bed down a lot when you start using them - so ideally buy in shop and get them heat-fitted or otherwise remember to tighten the buckles up on day 1: I didn't and bruised my big toes; however the good fit meant that my toes then got better over the rest of the week.
