    Expensive, but worth it.

As with all other items of Arc'teryx clothing, this jacket isn't cheap. However, as with all other items of Arc'teryx clothing, it's well worth it. The quality and craftsmanship on this jacket is second to none. It's super warm and lightweight and the fit and cut is spot on too (I'm 6'2" and wear an XL) and the jacket remains roomy enough to wear over a couple of other layers without being baggy or loose. It packs down into it's own stuff sack, which is located inside the internal chest pocket, so is ideal to throw inside a pack as a warm layer when climbing or skiing. The attention to detail is clear to see, there are no loose threads or dodgy stitching lines you sometimes get with other brands, which shows that Arc'teryx take a bit more time in the manufacturing process to ensure their products are top notch. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for, and some things are worth paying that little bit extra for.
