Wet grind versus Stone Grind Video
The punishment taken by your skis means that every so often, they will need to be given a grind when being serviced to restore their bases. Scratched and damaged ski bases can make them slow and less responsive. A base grind will smooth out imperfections, but the kind of grind you need will depend on a few factors.
