Welcome Back!

We’re pleased to announce that almost all of our stores are now open for trading with all your favourite brands, new season gear and expert advice. We continue to work hard adhering to Government guidelines for the safest possible shopping experience and welfare of our shop staff.

In-Store Appointments

We are offering free appointments in selected shops to give you the chance to beat any queue and ensure you can receive one-on-one expert advice for your next adventure. This service covers footwear fitting, backpack fitting, camping advice and clothing & general equipment advice.

NOTE: You don’t have to book an appointment to visit our stores, the appointment service is available for your added convenience. Our teams are on hand to assist you and offer the same level of one to one service and advice without a booking.

Please take a look at your local shop listing for their latest hours as these may vary from normal to accommodate extra cleaning and other extenuating factors.


COVID-19 Action Plan

All our Ellis Brigham and The North Face stores are following Government guidance and implementing it as required:

Here are some of the things we have put in place to protect you and our teams:

  • We are limiting the number of people in stores – this may mean a slight delay in you entering the store.
  • We have Customer Service Hosts at our entrances to guide you through the new layout and answer any questions.
  • One way systems are in operation so please follow the floor markings.
  • We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene stations at entrances for use on entry and exit.
  • Certain items will be quarantined for 72 hours after use for the protection of other customers.
  • We have placed markers on the floor to help you with the 1m plus distance rule.
  • Our staff have been offered visors and masks and gloves so please don’t be alarmed if they are wearing them.
