Pete Speight How To Eat Like An Olympic Freeskier

Making sure you’re fuelled up properly when out on the mountain during your ski holiday is a key consideration. Skiing uses a lot of energy and the last thing you want when staring down that icy black is to hear your stomach rumble and to wish you had eaten that extra croissant on the way to the lifts.

Being a professional ski halfpipe athlete, Peter Speight knows something about nutrition and its importance when it comes to maintaining those energy levels on the hill.

How can you show your support?

On average it takes an athlete 10 years – an incredible 3650 days - to train for the Olympics!

To show our support, Ellis Brigham aim to match this figure and will donate £1 towards our three athletes’ journeys (*up to £3650) for every share of the #WHATITTAKES message.

Make sure to follow Ellis Brigham on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for updates and vids on #WHATITTAKES.
