Those first couple of days of a week’s ski holiday can be tough on your body. We’ve all experienced aching muscles, stiff necks and sore legs, but there is a way to combat these afflictions.

There are a few easy ways of reducing these maladies to ensure your feeling fighting-fit for your next big day on the hill. Professional ski cross athlete Pam Thorburn shows us how she tackles post-ski recovery and gives some top tips of how you can integrate some easy recovery techniques into your ski trip.
