To mark the arrival of the new range of Inov-8 clothing and footwear we asked our staff for their favorite off road, fell and trail races - here's what they came back with...

Trail running

The TrailMan Trail Run
Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Two distances, both include some proper hills (beware the infamous Big Dipper), mud, roots… and make sure you save something for 'The Wall', a leg-sapping ramp back up to the line where you'll likely collapse in a heap on the floor. Not for the faint hearted. 6km or 13 km options.

Haglofs Open5
Cannock Chase, Staffordshire

Mountain Bike, Run & Navigate your way to as many points within 5 hours!

The New Forest Festival of Running
New Forest, Hampshire

There's literally something for everyone with 7 events ranging from 10 km to 50km all through the rugged beauty of the New Forest.

The Fellsman
The Yorkshire Dales

The Fellsman is a high level traverse covering more than 60 miles over very hard, rugged moorland. The event climbs over 11,000 feet in its path from Ingleton to Threshfield in the Yorkshire Dales.

Silva 10 Trail Series, Coniston
The Lake District

The last in the inagural SILVA 10 series is in the shadow of the Old Man himself... Coniston. A great area to explore and admire whilst running!.

The Snowdon Race
One of Europe's toughest endurance challenges, the 10-mile race involves running from the edge of Lake Padarn in the village of Llanberis to the highest summit in Wales and England and back down.

The Ultra Trail Du Mont Blanc
French Alps

A single stage 163km ultra-marathon that crosses 3 countries (France, Italy & Switzerland) in 46 hours.

The Kielder Marathon
Kielder, Northumberland
"Britain's most beautiful marathon" is a must for anyone embarking on their first marathon experience.

For more races in 2014 visit: www.findarace.co.uk. You can always find Des in our Covent Garden store who is a veteran of the Kielder, Fellsman and Ultra Trail Du Mont Blanc races. He will happily offer training and equipment advice to anybody thinking of taking on a big challenge!
