We are delighted to announce that Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports have been awarded 'Best Multi-Channel Business/Brand' at the recent ECMOD Awards in London.
The ECMOD Direct Commerce awards are held annually at the prestigious Hurlingham Club, South West London. It’s a celebration of those companies who are putting customers first and using technology to improve the shopping experience both online and instore.
Picking up the award from Sky presenter Dermot Murnaghan, Marketing Director Mark Brigham said ‘it’s fantastic to see our Mobile site along with the introduction of new services such as Click & Reserve and Store to Door receiving recognition and praise with this award. We introduced these services to benefit our customers with added convenience and we’re delighted that we’ve managed to improve our customers overall shopping experience through the use of technology.’
This award follows those received in 2014 & 2015 for best Online Retailer and Best Wintersports Retailer plus highly commended mobile site in 2015.
