In October we launched a brand new Click and Reserve service on the website, allowing customers to reserve any item they see online and then pick it up and pay for it in their chosen store. With dozens of people using the service on the very first day it went live, early signs show that is now a popular way to shop, and we're happy that we can offer our customers more flexibility when they're purchasing online.

The process is a simple one, which involves choosing the option at the basket page and then selecting from a list of available stores; if the store hasn't got the product in stock, they will then order it in for you, and keep you informed of progress with email updates. Alternatively if the reserved items are in stock, they will put them quickly to one side and send an email to confirm, so if you’re after something in a hurry you can check it’s in stock in your local shop and pick it up straight away.

If you live near an Ellis Brigham store, it's a great way to avoid a delivery charge and you've also got the peace of mind that one of our in store experts will be on hand in case you've got any last minute questions before you pay or simply want to try a different size.
