Freestyle skiers travel to some of the world's most incredible parks in search of new lines and big air opportunities. A promise of idyllic panoramas and new tricks is sure to get your feet itching to get back on the slopes yourself.

We have created a list of some key freestyle skiing Instagram accounts for you to get inspiration as well as an insight into the freestyle life, the trials and tribulations and the locations they explore.

Mason Ferebee is an Ellis Brigham athlete, he started with ski racing as a kid but his coach recommended him to try out freestyle skiing in order to improve his overall skiing but he loved it so much he stopped racing altogether to focus on developing his freestyle skills. As part of Team GB he represents Great Britain in some of the biggest competitions, both indoor and outdoor, across the world.

Katie Summerhayes is the first British female to get a World Championship medal in freestyle skiing. Starting out at just 6 years old she has always loved skiing and is forever determined and dedicated to learning more and developing her skills whilst having as much fun as possible.

Born in Lyon, France, Richard Permin has developed his own acrobatic style over the years. He spent much of his childhood on the slopes and became a ski instructor as a teenager long before being known on the international stage. Since then he has enjoyed many podium moments across the globe and despite a serious injury in 2016, he is back on his skis sending it.

Candide Thovex is a professional skier, filmmaker and entrepreneur who expresses his exceptional creativity on the slopes. An early starter, he began building jumps behind the family home when he was just 4 years old, he has since become one of the most well-known freestyle skiers in snowsports history.

After learning to ski at Sheffield Ski Village as a kid, James Woods has taken on the world. He has represented Great Britain in two Winter Olympics as well as other global games, most recently he took home the gold medal for slopestyle at the 2019 Freestyle Ski & Snowboarding World Championships in Utah.

An American freestyle skier, Alex Hall competes internationally as a member of the US Freeskiing Slopestyle Team. No stranger to sending it big, he is ambitious and creative with it. His incredible talent and relentless work ethic has garnered him support from the likes of Faction skis as well as POC sports, Panda Poles and Rockstar Energy Drink.

At just 16 years old Kirsty Muir is already storming the world of snowsports. She developed her skills on the artificial slopes of Aberdeen Snowsports Centre and managed to transfer her skills to real snow for the Europa Cups, taking two podiums in quick succession. At 14 she won all three of her BRITS Freeski titles: big air, slopestyle and halfpipe, and went on to be awarded the 'Spirit of Sarah' Scholarship which included a summer freestyle camp in Whistler. She has since gone on to represent Great Britain in the Youth Olympic Games 2020 winning her first Olympic Silver medal in the Girls' Big Air.
